She speaks to us about the flaws in the new act and the process and about her proposed amendments which were not even debated. She also explains how the proposed Climate Change Act can ensure there are equitable, transparent and science-based plans to address the impacts of climate change, prevent worsening consequences and take advantage of economic opportunities.
